A Neglected Grace: Family Worship in the Home

If you are like me, you grew up in Christian circles that encouraged you to have a personal quiet time and attend worship each Lord’s Day. But there is another Christian practice that has often been forgotten, though it should not be: family worship. Family worship means treating the home as a little church, where everyone gathers briefly to read Scripture, pray, and sing. It centers the home on Christ and provides a regular means for parents to disciple their children and pass on the faith. Join us as we learn together and offer practical guidance for practicing family worship as a gift of God’s kindness in your home.

Details: This 6-week class will be taught by Pastor Corey Smith and others. It will meet in the Ministry House on Sunday mornings from 8:45-9:40am, beginning October 25 and ending November 29.
